DELIVERY
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most items are shipped directly from the Clinic address and posted Monday-Friday via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery (1-2 days).
The aim is for your order to be fulfilled and posted within 1-3 business days.
Please bare in mind this store is managed singlehandedly.
Nu Skin items including Lumi Spa's and Boost Devices are sent directly from the Nu Skin UK Warehouse via DPD - this is usually 1-2 days delivery time but in busy promotional periods there can be some delays. 
I need my order for tomorrow!
Please get in touch to see if this is possible. Next day delivery is not an option we currently offer however in some cases it can be met. You will be responsible for the cost of Special Delivery via Royal Mail in this instance.
 UK Delivery
We offer a free economy Royal Mail to UK mainland when you spend over £75; there is a £4.95 charge if you do not meet this order value.
RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE:
Returns:
Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt by email customercare@enlivenacademy.co.uk. If a product appears to be faulty, this should be reported to us via email or telephone and returned to us within 7 working days of notification.
Your order should be returned using a tracked delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.

Cancellation/Refund policy:
You have the right to cancel your order at anytime within 14 working days following receipt of your goods*. If you wish to cancel your order please return the unopened and unused goods in their original packaging to us within 5 working days of notifying us of your wish to return the order.
Your order should be returned using a tracked, signed for delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.
Any money which you have paid minus the cost of collection/return carriage cost will be refunded and we will process a refund on receipt of goods.
Please note, we cannot process refunds for goods that are not returned to us within the specified 5 working day period, have been opened, used or are not in their original packaging.
*Home facial kits and Hydrojelly are non-refundable 

Refused & Undeliverable Packages:
All undeliverable packages due to incorrect name or address, or not present/failure to claim will be refunded minus any delivery costs Enliven Skin Care has incurred in sending the products out to you.

GIFT CERTIFICATES & TERMS
Purchasing:
Gift Certificates ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. Our Gift Certificates include unique references and configurable patterns.
Our Gift Certificates can be redeemed on our website, as full or part payment of products from our website or as full or part payment of an 'in-clinic' treatment.  A Gift Certificate cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Certificate.
When ordering a Gift Certificate, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly.  We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Certificate.

Usage Terms:
Site offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.
All Gift Certificates are dated and expire 6 months from the date of issue.
Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
Where products purchased online with a Gift Certificate are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Certificate.
We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
